This was proven by a video posted on Twitter, which showed the heroism of a loyal dog. The clip showed a German Shepherd jumping into a pool to save its owner from getting “drowned.”
A personal lifeguard
A Twitter user named Andrew Albert posted the video that showed the heroic deed of a dog. In the caption, it was implied that one did not have to have a lifeguard when you already had a German Shepherd.
The video, which lasted 25 seconds, showed a woman splashing around in the swimming pool. The brave German Shepherd noticed the woman, so he immediately rushed to the rescue. Without wasting any time, the pooch jumped into the water, grabbed the woman’s hair by mouth, and didn’t stop paddling until reaching the edge of the pool.
The people around the pool were laughing, but you could tell that they were amazed by the dog’s bravery, effort, and technique.
Netizens were impressed by the strong bond
Who wouldn’t be amazed by the dog’s bravery and method? The netizens had a good time watching the short video clip. Since being shared, the clip had collected more than 1.3 million views. More than 90,000 people liked the post, and there had been over 22,000 retweets.
Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan (or Big B) was even impressed that he retweeted the video. One Twitter user pointed out that there was no stronger bond between a dog and its owner. Another jokingly said that it might be time for the dog’s treat, but the human was swimming.
A third said that the dog they loved the clip, explaining that dogs were very caring and intelligent. One user simply summed it up by saying that humans didn’t deserve dogs.
